  Could not recommend EatSleepCycle more. Our first day took us on a challenging 100km trek experiencing panoramic and breathtaking views of rolling hills and mountains ,second day a 80km to the coastline Tossa de Mar and a 50km on the third day to Lake Banyoles. Our guide Brian had great energy, very engaging with all riders and above all the service from day 1 was impeccable. We have actually pre-booked a trip for next year.

  Fantastic tour of the Pyrenean Cols with Lee and the team of Georgia, Peter and Boris. Great riding, great support and professional at all times. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  If your looking at this wondering whether to call Eat Sleep Cycle then I urge you to do it. The trip we had with them was superb, couldn't fault it. All the guides stuck the perfect balance of being absolutely professional but by the end of your trip, good friends, I'll be back.

  Rented a bike from these guys for 4 days to do some rides near Girona. Bike was great (an Orbea Orca), service was excellent and Brian who we spoke to in the shop was extremely friendly and very helpful. Massively regret not going on their Monday social ride and am now considering booking one of their Pyrenees trips. We will definitely return to Girona for more cycling and wouldn't hesitate to rent their bikes again!
