  Located inside the monastery is a relatively small museum that consists of two floors, both of which have a great amount of historical items and artefacts available for viewing. Entrance fee per person is 4.50, this will allow you to visit multiple museums in the region and city of Girona for free or at a discount. For any history lovers I do recommend a quick visit if your schedule allows it.

  Really beautiful and serene setting. Be sure to dress in layers cause you're gonna work up a sweat ascending to the top. Wear well cushioned shoes and take lots of breaks. Breathtaking views of the town. Still feels very sacred and historical despite the tourism.

  Went to Gerona from malgrat on holiday. Some lovely old buildings. Some were used in the 6 th series of game of thrones . there was a building where you could have your photo taken with some of the props .
