  Brand new terminal for High speed trains, regional trains and busses all under one roof. Very nice with small market and cafe. Great help desk with English speaking personal. Plus not too busy. Very easy and therefore enjoyable travel experience.

  I know, it's the train and bus station, 2 minutes walk from Gironalet Apartment, but you should know the cafe inside is very good, efficient competent staff, economical good sandwiches, calming atmosphere. Be aware the Ave fast train is inside this station but takes about 10 minutes to walk from the entrance, just saying...

  CONFUSING LEFT LUGGAGE SERVICE. It being unmanned I understand but clear instructions needed about how to retrieve your luggage when passengers are waiting to board trains. We used the left luggage service as our train arrived too early for us to check-into our apartment. So without our luggage we went for a walk around the town and to have lunch. On our return to recover our luggage we had to join a large queque of people waiting at baggage collection to board their train. Understandably we had to baggage check our hand bags again, but 2 security personnel were busy with the train passengers to take notice of me when I got to the front of the queque to ask permission for us to pass. Having at last lined up patiently and got our luggage we were confronted with a no exit sign at the door back into the station. So again I assumed because we were not boarding a train we could walk around the queque and exit but were told off by a member of staff and sent to the back. So we decided to exit through the door clearly marked "No Exit"!
