    BE CAREFULL what you sign and triple check every piece of paper... you might need that when you're being charged for an extra day of 'windscreen insurance' and 'counter products' after 15 mins delay.

    The only good thing about this place was a car and only because of it the place gets a star from me. The rest of the experience is just unbelievable!

    During Sunday the office is closed (fair enough, everyone needs a break) but there is no emergency number line or out of hours hot line where you can call and ask for bloody directions back to the parking. One way system is a norm in Girona so don't leave without a gps unless you know where to turn. We were late 15 mins because of lack of modern technology and local roads knowledge and a week later to our surprise we found out we were charged for 2 days!!! When we tried to explain it, even worse things started to occur... Someone faked my friends signature under the contract we've never seen! So we were told we cannot make an official complain because we agreed to pay the full amount.

    The guy who served us couldn't be bothered to explain where exactly we will find the parking in which the car was waiting.

    The worst experience ever while renting a car. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The information they gave us at the office was not true. The guy who rented the car to us told us that the car would be available from 12.30 p.m. and at the same time put 12.10 p.m. in the contract. We were informed that we had to return the car the next day by 12.30, then it turned out by doing that we would already be late, because the system counted the time from 12.10:) They charged us for two entire days and for 4 more services which we didn't ask for nor used. What is more they charged us for the fuel (up front option),although they said they wouldn't if we return the car fully tanked. So we paid for the petrol and then another 50 euros for the up front fuel option. What is more, someone forged my signature on the bill which they printed afterwards (at that time I already left Girona). The bill said that I actually agreed to being charged a ridiculous amount of money. Needless to say that the signature wasn't mine. We couldn't inform anyobody about what happened because the office was closed on Sunday. Then they told me that I should have informed someone at the office that I "planned to be late". The way they treat the customers is unthinkable. Nothing like this has ever happened to me although I rented cars in many places. I made a complaint and I am so looking forward to see the money back where it should be,that is, on my account. A bunch of thieves and liars. Totally unprofessional. I give one star,because if I wanted to give none,I wouldn't be able to publish my feedback.
